18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement

ChastiDrill is not a producer (either primary or secondary as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257) of any of the visual content found on the Service. All visual depictions displayed on the Service are either exempt from the requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 because they do not portray actual sexually explicit conduct as defined by 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A), or, where required, the records demonstrating that all persons depicted were at least 18 years of age at the time the visual depiction was created are kept by the original producer of that content.

Users who upload visual content to the Service are themselves the producers of that content and are solely responsible for compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and any equivalent record-keeping obligations in their jurisdiction.

Underage content is prohibited

ChastiDrill has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any account uploading or requesting such material will be permanently terminated and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to appropriate law-enforcement agencies.

To report suspected underage content or any abusive material, email abuse@chastidrill.app with the URL(s) and a brief description. Reports are reviewed urgently.
