Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & adult content

ChastiDrill (the “Service”) contains explicit sexual content, kink, BDSM, chastity training, and other adult themes intended exclusively for consenting adults. You must be at least 18 years old — or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher — to access or use the Service. By accessing the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement, that you are accessing the Service of your own free will, and that adult content is not unlawful in your jurisdiction. If any of the foregoing is not true, you must leave immediately.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and the operator of ChastiDrill (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, ticking the age & agreement gate on first visit, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Accounts

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You may not share your account, sell access, or impersonate another person.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

4. User content & conduct

You may submit text, images and other material through KeyShare, University tasks, roulette setup, and similar features (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, and you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, display and reproduce that User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You agree not to upload, share, or generate content that:

  • depicts or appears to depict any minor in a sexual context, in any form, drawn or photographic;
  • is non-consensual, includes real coercion, blackmail, threats of harm, or doxxing;
  • depicts bestiality, snuff, incest involving minors, or any content illegal where you live or where the Service is hosted;
  • infringes intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights of any third party;
  • contains malware, scraping bots, spam, or attempts to compromise the Service or other users.

We may remove any User Content at our discretion. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent account termination and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.

5. Consent & safety

Chastity, BDSM, and kink practices on the Service are presented as fantasy roleplay between consenting adults. You are solely responsible for your own physical safety and for the safety of any partner you involve. Never use a device or perform an act that you cannot safely stop. Have a safe word, a way to contact emergency services, and keep keys / unlock credentials physically accessible. The Service is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal advice.

6. Virtual goods, credits & purchases

Power, credits and similar in-app items are virtual, non-refundable, have no cash value, and may be modified, expired, or revoked at any time. Where you make a purchase, the price and terms shown at checkout govern that specific purchase.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, and any warranty arising out of course of dealing. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 50.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account by emailing support@chastidrill.app. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after the change constitutes acceptance.
