Last updated: 2026-05-12
ChastiDrill respects intellectual-property rights and personal dignity. If you believe that material hosted on the Service infringes your copyright, or that intimate imagery of you has been uploaded without your consent, please send a notice using the procedure below.
How to file a DMCA notice
Send a written notice to dmca@chastidrill.app that includes:
- your full legal name, address, telephone number and email;
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or, if multiple works, a representative list);
- the exact URL(s) on ChastiDrill where the allegedly infringing material is located;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on the rights holder’s behalf;
- your physical or electronic signature.
Non-consensual intimate imagery
If you appear in an image or recording that was uploaded without your consent, email abuse@chastidrill.app with the URL(s) and a description of the content. We treat these reports as priority and you do not need to file a formal DMCA notice.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or that you have the right to use the material, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@chastidrill.app containing your contact information, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of a federal court in the district of the relevant service provider.
Repeat-infringer policy
Accounts that repeatedly infringe the rights of others will be terminated in accordance with applicable law.
False notices
Filing a knowingly false notice may expose you to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees, under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) or equivalent law.
